Les cuvées
These cuvees embody the 8 villages producing the grapes used to make them. Four come from the Brunet Valley and the other four from terroirs long known for how well they go together, such as Écueil in Montagne de Reims and Verneuil in the Marne Valley.
Les cuvées de la
This is the new 100% organic range with the certification applying to the 2023 vintage. These bottles capture the family vineyard and the work that goes on in both the barrel room and wine cellar: Blanc de Chardonnay and Blanc de Noirs.
La cuvée
This vintage comes from Grand Cru and Premier Cru terroirs. The extra brut has a low dosage.
Les cuvées
These three signature cuvees are made in limited quantities and only in the best years to capture the signature style of creative blends and long-term barrel aging. They all reflect the very low dosage of Extra Brut and the bottles are finished with the signature hemp string to secure the cork.
