Coming from a blend of terroirs classified as "Premier Cru", its dominant Pinots reveals all its power and character.
The Brut Premier Cru will delight you as an aperitif but also as to pare with a nice peace of red meat.

Aged for 36 months on the lees before disgorgement. Dosage of 6 grams of sugar per litre.
