To obtain that salmon-coloured hue and those red-fruit aromas, we included around 10% red wine from the Damery terroir in this cuvée. It pairs perfectly with white meats and a wide range of desserts.
Aged for three years on the lees before disgorgement with a dosage of 8 g/l.
