100% Chardonnay
This cuvée is a must have of the winery.
It’s a blend of 20% old vines of chardonnay aged in oak barrels.
Its texture is smooth and delicate, persistent and tart, then followed by an aroma of toast and honey, with a long buttery and brioche finish.
Aged for 36 months on the lees before disgorgement. Dosage of 6 grams of sugar per litre.
