20% Chardonnay
This vintage reflects the classic savoir-faire of the House.
It’s a wine with an exhilarating complexity, powerful and ample, and well balanced with a delicate effervescence.
It displays underlying woody aromas, with tasty buttery and brioche notes.
Less than 5000 bottles are produced a year and are aged on lees for 8 years before disgorgement. Dosage of 4 grams of sugar per litre.
